"This event enables SoFo and the other groups to reach out to the community with educational activities and nature walks that hopefully will enrich the lives of many people, especially our children," said Frank Quevedo, the Executive Director South Fork Natural History Museum (SoFo).

On Saturday, May 2nd from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., several East End organizations are coming together to celebrate the environment during the 6th annual Peconic Family Fun Day, sponsored by Hamptons.com. Held at Children's Museum of the East End (CMEE), the morning will reunite children with nature as experts educate attendees about East End ecosystems, estuaries, and environments.

Attendees can play games, meet live animals, stop by the arts and crafts stations, partake on a nature walk, visit the seed planting station, taste test, listen to music, and more. East End organizations taking part in Peconic Family Fun Day include Amaryllis Farms, the Bridgehampton Marimba Band, the Children's Museum of the East End, ECCO Farm, Friends of the Long Pond Greenbelt, Group for the East End, Peconic Land Trust, Ross School, the South Fork Natural History Museum (SoFo), Southampton Hospital's Tick-Borne Disease Resource Center, and Sylvester Manor Educational Farm.

Hampton Luxury Liner
Hampton Luxury Liner was started in 2000 as a more luxurious way to travel from NYC to the Hamptons and back. The clientele quickly grew and over the years Hampton Luxury liner became the preferred method of transportation to the Hamptons and NYC for many living in NYC and the Hamptons that wanted a comfortable and affordable way to travel back and forth. In 2009, HLL was taken over by Classic Coach and things with the liner didnít change to much for years and the owner there changed the buses to Prevost as opposed to Mercedes Setra Top Class Coaches that have always been a signature of the liner.
