Citizens for Access Rights (CfAR) is coming together once again for their annual summer fundraiser to raise awareness and collect proceeds to benefit the protection of access to public beaches from efforts to privatize them.
“I support Citizens for Access Rights because I believe that it is such an important aspect of living on the East End to protect public access to our beaches,” said avid Citizens for Access Rights supporter, Rachel Kleinberg. “The group promotes safe sharing and uses of the beaches which I fully support. I look forward to attending the annual benefit this year it is always a good time at a great venue with live music and great auction items from local businesses!”
During the event, guests can enjoy live music, an auction, a raffle, and more festivities. Admission is $20 for CFAR members renewing membership at the door, $10 for current 2014 members, and $25 for non-members.
