The Hamptons will be hopping this Fourth of July to celebrate America’s independence.
The Commission on Veterans Patriotic Events will be hosting its annual Southampton Village Independence Day Parade on Thursday, July 4. The parade is set to start at 10 a.m. opposite Southampton Town Hall, turn left on Layton Avenue, right on Maple Street and onto Railroad Plaza. There will be a post-parade party at 11 a.m. at The Southampton Center for those who register in advance.
The North Sea Fire Department is holding its annual carnival which begins on Tuesday, July 2, and runs through Saturday, July 6, from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. at the North Sea Fireman’s Memorial Field on Noyac Road. Fireworks can be seen on Wednesday, July 3, and Saturday, July 6, at around 10 p.m. Tickets are $25 or $20 with a coupon from The Southampton Press. The night will have rides, games and fun for the entire family.
The Suffolk Theater in Riverhead will be hosting their family-friendly July 4th on Main Street! The show is free and will beginning at 6:30 p.m. Dinner will also be available and costs extra. After the program, get ready to bring on the Riverhead fireworks.
The Montauk Chamber of Commerce will be hosting another Stars Over Montauk at 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 4th at Umbrella Beach. Grucci will be putting together another fireworks display for the annual event.
The Downtown Westhampton Country Club will be sponsoring a fireworks display on Thursday, July 04, which will start at 8 p.m. for members of the club.
On Saturday, head to Sag Harbor for fireworks sponsored by the Sag Harbor Yacht Club beginning at 9 p.m.
With all the Independence Day events going on in the Hamptons, this Fourth of July is set to be brighter than a firework blast!
