Southampton Publick House Annual Fall Beer Dinner

Four courses will be paired with complimenting Southampton Ales and Lagers.

Southampton - Southampton Publick House is always brewing up something delicious. Executive Chef Randall Wilson has prepared a four-course dinner with Tasting Hour for this year's annual Fall Beer Dinner.

Each hors d'oeuvre and course will be paired with complimenting Southampton Ales and Lager. Roasted Blue Point Oysters, Fillets of Duck Confit and Seared Filet Mignon Carpaccio matched with a selection of Ales will kick-off the dinner, followed by Harvest Soup of Roasted Butternut and Pumpkin Bisque with Toasted Cumin paired with Pumpkin Ale. The second course of Frisee Salad with Dates, Applewood Bacon Lardons, Cabrales Blue Cheese and White Balsamic Viniagrette will be matched with IPA. Christmas Ale Braised Osso Bucco served with Fall Squash Risotto and Gremolata served with 2008 Christmas Ale is the main course. Banana Bread Pudding with Chocolate Ganache and Local Oyster Ponds Farm Raspberries concludes this menu celebrating Autumn and the best in craft beer.
